How to fill out and submit warranty claims:

Start a work order or service document at the time of failure.

Call Zenith Power Products to request parts and provide your work order number. Parts will be invoiced to you for your convenience.

Complete the repair ensuring that the work order includes:

  • Customer Complaint
  • Cause of the issue
  • Correction made
  • Parts Purchased (including parts from Zenith Power Products)
  • Labor hours spent on the repair

Either email the completed warranty claim to warranty@zenithpp.com or use our Claim Submission form within 30 days after the repair. Make sure to include:

  • Work Order details
  • End user engine invoice
